According to reports, Linga wants to contest as an independent candidate in the upcoming assembly elections that ate due on April 10.
Apart from him being presently involved in several cases and his present affiliation with Chasi Mulia Adivasi Samiti, he was instrumental in the abduction of BJD MLA Jhina Hikaka.
