Hyderabad: At Pulguri Nepalipam in Assam state, as many as 118 voters reside in a single family. All of them have franchised their votes on Monday. This village comes under Tejpur Lok Sabha constituency in Sonitpur district. Rone Bahadur Thapa, who migrated from Nepal long before, had five marriages and he has been blessed with 12 sons and 9 daughters. All of them are living together. Rudra Bahadur, the nephew of Thapa has also been staying with the same family. Bahadur Thapa died at the age of 115. There are as many as 60 voters from the families of his sons and 52 from the families of his daughters. Rudra Bahadur family also has 6 voters. Due to this, in the event of elections, all the party leaders make a beeline at their home for votes.
