There are still pending criminal cases against as many as 13 ministers out of the 46 members of the new Union Cabinet of Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India. It accounts for an approximate 28% of the ministers with the criminal record. The list excludes Prakash Javdekar, whose latest affidavit has not been available. If he is also included, then the percentage increases to 30%.
