From the other end, Karthik has got engaged to another girl. In her complaint, the actress made it a mention that she was cheated by the accused of marrying her and developed a physical relationship.

He reportedly promised her to convince his parents for their marriage. In view of this, apart from filing a cheating case, rape case also has been booked against Karthik under section 376 and 420 of IPC. The victims are a Television and Film actress. Nevertheless, the family members of Sadananda Gowda condemned the allegations and held them as baseless. They held the allegations were intentional; and said that the allegations bothered them as the same were aired on the day of Karthik’s engagement. More details are awaited.
