With the situation, if Jaya spends more than 2 years in jail, it becomes ineligiblity to apply for the immediate bail as per the rules and moreover the whole period is 4 years.
One more bad news for Jaya’s crew is that the next few days are considered as government holidays, which may not be possible for applying bail.
