Mumbai: Maharastra’s most experienced politician, Peasants and workers party (PWP) MLA Gana Pratap Deshmukh(88) created a new record. He got elected as an MLA for 11th time.
He recently got elected in the assembly elections from Saangola in Sholapur district. He defeated Siva Sena counterpart by 22,224 votes.
He is representing the Saangola Constituency for the past 54 years. With the recent victory he broke the record which is previously in the name of Karunanidhi. Karuna won for 10 times till now.
