Guwahati: Security forces apprehended two hardcore militants of National Democratic Front of Bodoland (Sangbijit) in Saturday night from a remote area of Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border, police said on Sunday .

According to reports, police and CRPF had jointly launched operation led by Biswanath Chariali SP Manabendra Debroy against NDFB (S) militants at the inter state bordering areas on Saturday night who responsible for the recent massacre left 81 dead.

"Security forces nabbed two militants from Namari village along the inter state border with Arunachal Pradesh, " a top police official said.

The nabbed militants were identified as Nakul Narzary and Raju Rabha.

Operation All Out led by Indian army continued against the Bodo militants who killed at least 81 innocent Adivasi people including 23 Children in Sonitpur and Kokrajhar district on December 23.
