Will State of Affairs never improve in India?

Common people are angrily questioning 'when will state of affairs improve' and wonder whether they will improve at all. People of the country are not demanding moon or sky but basic amenities and better infrastructure. However they are deprived of even these simple things.

Many are witness to pathetic condition of roads with pits,leaking drainage, pathetic maintenance, garbage lying everywhere, not even proper supply of drinking water (if supplied polluted water or mixed with drainage water), no proper power supply etc.

People during elections voted out and voted in various parties but things didnot improve at all. This shows that political parties take people for granted and even after getting punished for their negligence, they are confident that no one can touch them with power in hands. Otherwise how can one explain lack of electricity, bad roads, drinking water in many villages and in some capital cities even after so many decades of independence.
