New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said people are worried about discrepancies in the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), adding that his party had sought time from the Election Commission to know what procedure must be followed in such a scenario.

"People worried about EVMs. While voting, if u press "A" party but light against "B" party lit, what should you do?" tweeted Kejriwal.

"AAP sought time from EC to know what is the procedure if a voter finds such discrepancy in EVM," he added.

Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party has been locked in a fierce battle with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), ahead of the Delhi polls. The BJP has been posing five questions to the AAP as part of its ongoing election campaign for the upcoming polls.

The AAP, however, has hit back at the BJP for not issuing a manifesto and shying away from a debate between its chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi and Arvind kejriwal. Elections in Delhi are scheduled to take place on February 7, with the counting of the votes to take place on February 10.
