New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday remained evasive about the resurfacing of Pakistani and ISIS flags in the valley, saying no action is taken after announcing it.

"I believe that no action is taken after announcing it," the Home Minister told reporters here.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA Government has come under criticism over the repeated waving of the flags, with the Congress asking if the former will remain content in just raising slogans of nationalism.

Pakistani and ISIS flags were waved in Srinagar for the second consecutive day today during the protest over the house arrest of Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani.

According to reports, Geelani was not allowed to offer prayers in a mosque on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr as he remained under house arrest since his return from New Delhi on April 15.
