Pak High Commissioner disappointed with NSA level talks fallout

New Delhi: Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit on Friday said that he was disappointed with the cancellation of the National Security Advisor (NSA) level talks between both the nations.

"We are no doubt disappointed by the cancellation of the talks," Basit said after being coerced by the media to react to the last minute cancellation of the NSA-level talks.

Basit, who was leaving after attending a cultural programme here, refused to comment on the recent capture of a Pakistani terrorist in Uri and the continuous ceasefire violations.

Three civilians were killed and eight others were injured earlier today after Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire agreement along the Line of Control (LoC).
