Earlier on Monday, the Bihar Sharif Court had issued a non-bailable warrant against the Nawada assembly constituency RJD legislator.
Rajballabh, who is evading arrest in the rape case, was on Sunday suspended from the party after an arrest order was issued against him.
A 15-year-old girl has filed a complaint against the RJD MLA and accused him of kidnapping and raping her on February 6. The authorities are investigating the case.
