Bengaluru : An RTI reply has revealed that Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and 29 ministers had claimed Rs 11.12 crore as travel expenses in 32 years.

An RTI activist from Belgavi, Bheemappa Gadad got the details of the travelling expenses of the Chief Minister and his cabinet colleagues.

As per reports, they have spent a whopping Rs. 11.12 crore on travel since the Congress government came to power in the state.

Going by the information provided in reply to a question by the RTI activist, the ministers are given travelling expenses at Rs. 30 per km.
