Panaji : The Anti Corruption Bureau ( ACB) on Saturday filed an FIR against Leader of Opposition Chandrakant Kavlekar in disproportionate assets case.
In 2012, Goa Police had filed a case against Kavlekar under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act.
Kavlekar is a three term member of the Goa Legislative Assembly and represents the Quepem constituency.
He was the chairman of the Goa industrial development corporation (GIDC).
