Good time for realtors ahead!!

After a long stagnated Real Estate Business, now, the realtors in both Seemandhra and Telangana envisage good time for their business, very soon. Once the entire episode of the state bifurcation gets completed by the end of June, the realtors expect the booming to regain to its peak, as never before.

The realtors expect the boom in Seemandhra, once the capital city would be decided. By now, already the business has attained a motivating level at the probable places to become the Seemandhra capital city. The rates of land are now touching the sky at the nearby places of Guntur and Vijayawada. The lands near Mangalagiri have already attained the maximum possible prices and are sold like hot cakes.

In the same way, the rates which were stagnated in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas have now started increasing after the decision of state bifurcation has been made; and by this time, the people have made up their minds, accordingly. Other places in Telangana which are likely to become district headquarters are also attaining prominence as far as the real estate business is concerned. Places like Suryapet in Nalgonda district and Wanaparthy in Mahabubnagar district which are likely to become district headquarters have become costly, even before the actual announcement.

Ever since the Telangana agitation took a turn in the end of 2009, the real estate business started fluctuating. Those involved in this business had a tough time and faced lot many problems. They were not even able to pay the interest on the loans obtained from the banks. Nevertheless, the changing situation would surely bring good time back for the realtors.
