Kids get playful with Kolors.Kolor Champ 2015, a painting competition, attracted over 300 participants aged between 5 and 15 on Sunday. The event held at Manjeera Mall in Kukatpally was themed on celebration.
Kolor Champ 2015, a painting competition, attracted over 300 participants aged between 5 and 15 on Sunday. The event held at Manjeera Mall in Kukatpally was themed on celebration. Dinesh Victorand child psychologist Dr Praveen Kumar graced the occasion. Dinesh Victor, MD of SIP Academy India, told the children that they must think slightly differently and be creative.

“Big things happen only due to creativity. Name, fame and money, recognition, laurels all will come because of creativity. The purpose of this competition is to make children think differently,” said Dinesh Victor. Global Art, which organised the competition, is an art programme that aims to develop the creative potential of children.

It is currently being run in 15 countries across the world with over 700 centres and has successfully trained over three lakh children since its inception in Malaysia in 1999. The city has 130 centers and more than 600 students are undergoing training in creative arts.Winners in various groups and age categories were given prizes and medals.
