In their second innigs the visiting team made 73 for the loss of two wickets to forge a draw. Earlier, resumed from their overnight total of 91 for one wicket, after Bangaldesh had declared their first innings, at 224/8 made 461 for the loss of eight wicjets.

The host innings was bolstered by three centurions Priyank Kirit Panchal (103 retired out), Shreyas Iyer (100 retired out) and Vijay Shankar (103 not out). Iyer slammed his ton off only 92 balls with 11 fours and four sixes. Shankar was unbeaten on 103 from 81 balls, hitting 14 fours and three sixes. For the tourists, Subashis Roy and Taijul Islam took three wickets each. Subashis captured 3-57 in 16 overs while Taijul picked up 3-141 in 28 overs.

Brief scores: Bangladesh 224 for eight fecl and 73 for two (Tamim Iqbal 42no, Kuldeep Yadav 2/2) drew with India ‘A’ 461 for six decl(PK Panchal 103, Shreyas Iyer (retired) 100no, Vijay Shankar 103no, Nitin Saini 66, Subashis Roy 3/57, Taijul Islam 3/141).
