Bhimavaram: The Alluri Ravi Teja Memorial National ranking tennis tournament ended in a golden double for Gujarat girl Eetee Maheta at the Cosmopolitan Club courts here on Friday.

Justifying her top billing, she made mincemeat of the second seeded Nitya Raj Babu from Tamil Nadu with a 6-1, 6-1 rout I the title clash. Later, partnering Saumya Vig, she downed Telangana State girl Y Sai Dedeepya and Sahaja Yamlapalli from Andhra Pradesh 6-0,6-2 to clinch the doubles crown on what was a most productive day in her blossoming career.

Meanwhile, the boys title was annexed by Tamil Nadu’s Dakshineswar Suresh, while the doubles title was lifted by Anurag Nenwani/Rohan Bhatia. Later, Hironmoy Chatterjee, CEO and General Secretary of All India Tennis Association (AITA) gave away the prizes.

Results: All finals-Men singles: Dakshineswar Suresh(TN) bt Kunal Vizirani(MH)6-1,7-5; Men doubles: Anurag Nenwani/Rohan Bhatia bt Kunal Vizirani/Yash Yadav (1)6-2,6-3; Women singles: Eetee Maheta(GJ-1) bt Nitya Raj Babu(TN-2)6-1,6-1; Women doubles: Eetee Maheta/Saumya Vig (2) bt Y Sai Dedeepya/Sahaja Yamlapalli 6-0, 6-2.
