At stumps on day three, India were 213/4 in 72 overs in second innings with Chateswar Pujara batting on 79 and Ajinkya Rahane not out on 40.

Earlier, KL Rahul made 51 when the other three batsmen were out cheaply with Mukund (16), Kohli (15) and Jadeja (2). Australian pacer Hazlewood took three wickets for 57 runs.

Earlier, left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja returned with figures of 6/63 to bundle the visitors out for 276 in their first innings in response to India's 189.
