Srikakulam: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Srikakulam Parliamentary constituency in-charge Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu recalled how the late NT Rama Rao brought the dignity and stature of Andhra Pradesh to limelight in Delhi. He garlanded the statue of the late leader at Seven Roads Junction here on Friday on the occasion of 32nd Foundation Day of the party. On this occasion, he said that the society is a temple and the people are gods. The party would continue to strive relentlessly to solve the problems of the people, he said. It has been supporting the people for the past 31 years and it will go even further in the future with better programmes, he said. Former minister Gunda Appala Suryanarayana, District TDP president Choudary Babji and other TDP leaders participated. 'TD altered political scene' Kakinada: TDP Foundation Day was celebrated here on Friday in East Godavari district. Member of Legislative Council Yanamala Ramakrishnudu garlanded the portrait of party founder late Mr NT Rama Rao and paid rich tributes. He cut a cake and distributed it among the party workers. He hoisted the party flag. He said that the TDP was the only party that changed the political scenario of the State. It has the capacity to purge the State of its many ills, he said. It has done some good things that other parties failed to do. The people believe that TDP is the only party that can serve them, he added.
