A Whole wheat flour A A� cup (gehun ka atta) Red millet flour A A A A� cup (ragi / nachni) Coriander A A A A A A A A A A� cup (chopped dhania) Low-fat curds 2 tbsp (dahi) Ginger-green chilli paste 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Sugar A� tsp Oil 1 tsp Cumin seeds A A A A A A A� tsp (jeera) Turmeric powder A A� tsp (haldi) Salt to taste a Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a semi soft dough using enough water (approx. A� cup). a Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. a Roll out a portion of dough into a large circle of 200 mm. (8") in diameter and cut into strips about 25 mm. x 12 mm. (1" x A� "). a Twist each strip vertically with your hands. a Arrange half the twisters on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180A�C (360A�F) for 20 minutes. a Repeat the steps 3 and 4 for the remaining twisters.
