Start the day with green smoothies and fruit

Eat plenty of organic vegetables

Avoid fat

Dairy contains a host of elements that promote diabetes. Like all animal products, dairy contains fat without fibre. Being the natural secretion of a lactating female mammal, it’s also flooded with hormones that disturb the hormonal balance in our body. Since diabetes is a hormonal problem, avoiding dairy completely goes a long way in reversing diabetes.

Avoid tea, coffee, colas and addictive substances
Tea coffee and colas raise the blood sugar.

Avoid artificial sweeteners
They never help reverse diabetes but are harmful in other ways. The best sweeteners are dates and raisins. Yes, these are allowed.

Make sure vitamin D levels are normal
Low vitamin levels can cause diabetes. Supplementation may be required.
Exercise, go to bed early, and minimise stress.
