New mobile from Xiaomi, Chinese mobile handset maker Xiaomi launched Mi4, its new smartphone. Priced at Rs 19,999, the new handset is expected to strengthen its position in the expanding smartphone market in the country.
Chinese mobile handset maker Xiaomi launched Mi4, its new smartphone. Priced at Rs 19,999, the new handset is expected to strengthen its position in the expanding smartphone market in the country. The new handset comes with a five-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels at 441 ppi Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It runs on a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 CPU with 3GB RAM. Running on Android 4.4.3 KitKat operating system, the phone will offer a 13MP rear camera and an 8M front camera. The rear camera will support 4K video recording. On the connectivity side, the new handset will support 4G LTE network along with 3G, WiFi, and Bluetooth. It is powered by a 3080 mAh battery. Frequently dubbed as the Apple of China, Xiaomi rolled out the model in Chinese market in July last year. However, the device did not hit the Indian market.
