It is a tool that can be used by companies to reduce their marketing costs.”

Then why did Flipkart back out from Airtel Zero?“Flipkart hadn’t signed with Airtel Zero. The company was in talks about joining the initiative but then backed out,” she said, adding that the initiative would give a huge boost to start-ups and that nearly 200 start-ups that are involved with Airtel Zero.
