Konica Minolta products at Consumer Electronic Imaging Fair 2016

Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a leader in advanced imaging and networking technologies from the desktop to the print shop participated in Consumer Electronic Imaging Fair, CEIF 2016, organized by Aiptia All India Photographic Trade & Industry Association.CEIF 2016 held for 4 days, from 7th January to 10th January at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon(E), Mumbai.

Konica Minolta participated by displaying their newly launch machine. JETVARNISH 3DS. Apart from this new launch, they also displayed bizhub Press C1100 and bizhub PRESS C71hc. The machines were so attractive and productive that it was capable to gather more than 5000 visitors on the stall. More than 500 customers got connected with Konica Minolta’s official Facebook page with their photographs.

MGI JETvarnish 3DS, which is designed and manufactured by MGI with Konica Minolta technologies to help printers expand their services to include new amazing spot UV and 3D tactile varnishing capabilities. The JETvarnish 3DS can convert regular printed output into high-margin spot UV printed sheets, or even higher margin 3D embossed jobs with up to 100 microns of varnish be applied to the sheet, which lifts the image from the page and adds a higher level of sheen to colours.

Bizhub PRESS c71HC also comes with an optional banner tray to support the printing on media up to 13x47. This gives the customers to print bigger format of photo albums. The machine also comes with workflow software Print Xpress to support the customer printing process and cater to wide variety of formats of printing.

Other product displayed in the exhibition is Bizhub Press C1100, a workhorse and can print on wide variety of Media with consistent productivity at all GSM’s and does auto duplex for media up to 350GSM. The device is capable of reproducing the colours very close to the RGB colour gamut which makes it very near to traditional photo lab quality.

MGI JET varnish 3DS and C71HC samples grabbed most customer attention. The customers seemed happywith the technical improvements in quality on the new machines. The KMI team presence made the exhibition more eloquent, further the international team also demonstrated c71HC & 224. There has been little closure of the deals during the exhibition and it has helped in strengthening the pipeline of the customers interested in our solutions.
