Telangana power dispatch centre shortly

Hyderabad: Within a short span of four months, Telangana will have its own Load Dispatch Centre (TLDC) set up to track the power generation and supply schedule.

According to sources, it will be set up in the premises of Vidyut Soudha Complex in its new building, which was constructed recently. The space meant for TLDC is being readied with necessary infrastructure and communication connectivity by linking all power generation centres not only in Telangana but in Andhra Pradesh too. This comes in the purview of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act has made the understanding so that Telangana gets approximately 53% share after pooling up.
