The governor said that he wanted to raise the issue on Saturday when both Chief Ministers were together at Begumpet Airport. Nevertheless, said Narasimhan that there was neither sufficient time nor a proper place to hold discussions on this matter. He said that it was his responsibility to implement the decisions taken by the Apex Court.
