Both Chief Secretary Rajiv Sarma and DGP Anurag Sharma have been asked by the Chief Minister KCR to visit the Golconda fort on Monday to explore the possibilities of conducting the ceremonial parade there.

Kesava Rao (KK), attended by many senior TRS leaders, ministers and the Chief Minister, it was decided to conduct the Independence day celebrations at the historic Golconda Fort.

According to a senior TRS leader, the historic fort has been decided as the venue for the first Independence Day celebrations. During the meeting it was also decided to hold the party’s first state-level plenary session in LB Stadium in September, added the leader.
