YSR Congress party president YS Jagan may have done certain miscalculations. Ever since the party's debacle in the elections, there have been rumours of dissatisfaction and unhappiness within the party.
Looks like all is not well with the party, particularly with respect to finances. If a report doing the rounds in the filmnagar circles is to be believed, then Jagan has decided to move his party office to his Lotus Pond residence. The plush office at Jubilee Hills Road No 45 will no more exist. Insiders say this move is a part of cost cutting measures being adopted by the party post election defeat. The main opposition party in Andhra Pradesh is also gearing up to establish an office in Vijayawada. According to rumours, shifting of office to Lotus Pond will save the party a whopping Rs 1 crore a month.
We are not sure if there's an iota of truth attached to this bit of news. But let's see if Jagan will soon make an official announcement.
