What KCR is about to do for winning GHMC polls?

Despite the fact that Telangana Rashtra Samithi has got a clear victory in the recent general elections, the party did not have much impact in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts, as compared to the remaining districts. To compensate the loss incurred by the polls to the ruling party, reportedly, the TRS Party is planning to make its impact in the upcoming GHMC polls. It is evident that the TDP-BJP alliance has grabbed 14 MLAs out of a total 24 seats, apart from winning two of the four Lok Sabha seats in the GHMC area in the recently concluded polls. Reportedly, KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana and the Chief of TRS Party, has been very keen about winning the maximum seats in GHMC polls.

It is learnt that KCR had deployed K Keshava Rao and Harish Rao to pacify the MLAs and senior leaders from TDP and YSR Congress from the region so as to get strengthened further. Further, it is learnt that YSR Congress leader Vijaya Reddy, who lost the elections from Khairatabad is ready to join the party.

From the other end, news also making rounds that Talasani Srinivas Yadav, a senior TDP leader from Telangana is all set ready to join TRS. It is learnt that the team of TRS led by the top brass of the party is to complete the process of entry of various party leaders into TRS by September end so as to get ready for the GHMC polls likely to be held in November.
