Who will be next TPCC Chief?

It’s a game of musical chairs in congress party. So called senior leaders of the party are busy lobbying for the PCC Chief post, even it is already occupied by Ponnala. Rumors are doing rounds that the post is going to be replaced soon. Even after a disastrous result in the elections, the thought of replacement was arisen and the chief is being criticised frequently by same party leaders.

It’s euphemistically called ‘internal democracy’ of the party. Meanwhile so many leaders jumped and took shelter in the ruling party of the state. At the time of local body elections, congress could not stop the exodus of its party leaders.

From then, the replacement of the PCC chief is being sought after. Party’s high command could not opt for a change, due to so many reasons. But recently, there was an indication that, the position would be changed. As a habit, the senior leaders of the party were lined up in Delhi. Jana Reddy, Batti Vikramarka and DK Aruna gave a try for themselves. They met Digvijay Singh and expressed their interest. After meeting Digvijay Singh D.K. Aruna said that she took her candidature to the high command as she has been serving the party for a longtime and also third time M.L.A.

Jana Reddy declared that he is not in the race even though he has more chances than anybody for this post, Bhatti Vikramarka cannot be ruled out as per community equations. But reading high command is very difficult. So let’s watch the game.
