Severe drought in TS: Etela

Hyderabad: Minister Etela Rajender said he never witnessed such a severe drought in the last 12 years.

He informed that the situation was being reviewed from time to time. He expressed his helplessness as the upland crops were also on the verge of withering. He informed that the government was planning to declare power holiday for the industries to supply power to farmers. This would come up in two or three days, he said.
