BJP leader arrested near Golconda Fort

The area surrounding Golconda Fort has become uptight over the official celebrations of the Telangana Liberation Day, on Wednesday. The Bharatiya Janata Party has been determined strongly to hoist the national flag on the Golconda Fort. The same was not permitted by the official authorities. Nevertheless, the BJP leaders wanted to get a forced entry into the fort. The attempt became futile when the police arrested them and sent them to the Gosha Mahal police station.

From the other end, Kishan Reddy, the Telangana state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, has slammed the Chief Minister KCR over September 17 official celebrations. On Wednesday, at the BJP state headquarters, the celebrations were held grandly. While addressing, Kishan Reddy slammed KCR. He wondered why Telangana state was not celebrating the day officially once Maharashtra and Karnataka are holding the even officially. He dared KCR to announce what was the reason for not celebrating the day, officially. He reiterated that by hook or crook the BJP would unfurl the national flag at Golconda Fort. He reminded that it was the day when the Telangana people breathed the air of freedom.
