Karimnagar Huge quantity of timber seized

Hyderabad: Early on Wednesday, at 11A of Godavarikhani of Ramagundam Mandal in Karimnagar district, the TRS leaders bunged the illegal transportation of the timber. The activists of TRS caught hold of the teak wood being illegally transported from Manthani and handed over the Lorries comprising of teak wood worth Rs 20L to Godavarikhani police.

So far, there were many cases of red sanders smuggling in Telugu states. But, this case of Teak Wood smuggling has added many questions if such practices have been long lasting.
