KCR while stating the importance of communication and its major contribution in the successful achievement of government program, has said, "Our communication should be so simple that people should feel at ease and understand it perfectly. Further, KCR advised higher-level officials to avoid speaking in English during workshops, seminars or meetings conducted with their department staff attending from remote areas of the state.
