ABN Ban In Telangana: HC Won't Interfere

The High court made its stand clear. The bench of High Court announced that it won’t interfere with the matter of dropping the Broadcast of ABN Channel. It supported judgment issued by the single Judge bench previously.

High court released a statement that it can’t interfere with the private people and that High Court can’t issue orders through REET for non Government bodies. However it suggested to approach the local Civil courts on this issue.
