Hyderabad: Even before forgetting the devastating Hudhud, yet another cyclone is likely to break down other parts of India. This time it is predicted to hit the Kutch region of Gujarat.

Regions of Telangana and Seemandhra would receive moderate and heavy rainfall for the next two and four days respectively, due to the deep depression formed in the Arabian Sea. Director, IMD Hyderabad, K. Sitaram, said, “Presently, the deep depression in Arabian Sea is 1,400 km from Mumbai coastline and is moving in a west-north-west direction. The intensity of the cyclone can be gauged only by tomorrow when it comes further near the coastline.”

He also said that heavy rain would occur at isolated places in all districts of Rayalaseema and in the districts of Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore of South Coastal Andhra Pradesh. It would receive 40 per cent of rainfall of this season till November. The rains in Seemandhra would be moderate to heavy and that Telangana would receive 20 per cent of rain till November that would be scanty and not more than 2 cm/
