Telangana govt won't tolerate blackmailers
Setting the record straight on the controversial land allotment to DLF Raidurg Developers (Aqua Space Developers), the subsidiary of My Home Group, CM KCR on Thursday made it clear in the assembly that his government had no role in the allotment of land to the real estate firm as being alleged by Opposition political parties, especially the Telugu Desam Party.

Hyderabad: Setting the record straight on the controversial land allotment to DLF Raidurg Developers (Aqua Space Developers), the subsidiary of My Home Group, CM KCR on Thursday made it clear in the assembly that his government had no role in the allotment of land to the real estate firm as being alleged by Opposition political parties, especially the Telugu Desam Party.
Amid protests and interruptions by the Congress and TTDP members, KCR said all the land deals were done during previous Congress and Telugu Desam regimes and the allegations were aimed at tarnishing the image of the TRS government which was in no way concerned with the alleged irregularities in land allocations during the previous regimes.
He made it clear to the house that the State government would not tolerate blackmailing by any politician to protect the interests of the investors in future. He said that he had merely given his nod to a decision which was approved by the Kiran Kumar Reddy led state government after the formation of the Telangana State.
