Andhra Pradesh Court Summons Smitha Sabharwal. Andhra Pradesh court today sent summons to Smitha Sabharwal, special secretary in Telangana CM\'s office. Pradeep Kumar, First Class Magistrate of Madanalapally, Chittor District of Andhra Pradesh slapped bailable warrant to Smitha Sabharwal.

Court passed orders afer hearing the case pertaining to her tenure as Sub Collector in Madanapally in 2003. Smitha at that time found out that Krishnamurthy, Srinivasulu, management of Gayathri Stone Crushers located in Kondamarripally under employed 39 people as bonded labours. Smitha at that time filed petition against the management in court.
The case is currently under hearing and as Smitha Sabharwal didnot appear in front of the court from 2009 though she received summons, Magistrate asked her to appear before court before Dec 15th. Smitha who attended court during the period 2003-09 stopped appearing before court.
