TDP, BJP oppose KCR's Vinayaksagar plan
Telangana Chief Minister KCR is dreaming of coming with a new water tank Vinayaksagar meant for exclusive immersion of Durga and Ganesha idols neart Indira Park. However the plan hit a road block as opposition parties asked him to tread cautiously and TDP,BJP are strongly against it.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR is dreaming of coming with a new water tank Vinayaksagar meant for exclusive immersion of Durga and Ganesha idols neart Indira Park. However the plan hit a road block as opposition parties asked him to tread cautiously and TDP,BJP are strongly against it.
KCR with his Vinayaksagar's plan decided to reduce the pollution leves in and around Hussainsagar and tried to drive home the point the need for a new body for immersion of idols as a part of save Hussain Sagar drive.
BJP President G.Kishan Reddy and floor leader K.Lakshman made it clear to KCR that his party would oppose the proposal. THey said the new place will create lot of problems. Even TDP floor leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao asked KCR to drop the idea. MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi supported Government's decision while CPI leader Chada Venkat Reddy pointed out parking problems.
