Hyderabad: BC leader and TDP MLA R Krishnaiah is said to be sulking over being sidelined in the party. Krishnaiah is upset that he was not given the position of leader of TTDLP though he was projected as the party’s Chief Ministerial candidate before the elections.

Krishnaiah, it is learnt, has been keeping away from party meetings including TDLP meetings for quite some time. He has been busy with his activities pertaining to the BC Welfare Association.

Some leaders of the party reportedly drew the attention of party president N Chandrababu Naidu to this development. Naidu reportedly told the leaders that Krishnaiah should be allowed to continue his activities as the BC leader. He also called up Krishnaiah, discussed the issue and advised him to play an active role in the party affairs.
