Eatala engrossed in budgetary exercise
Finance Minister Eatala Rajender is getting down to budget preparatory exercise with a host of crucial meetings with Cabinet colleagues lined up this entire week. He will be seeking budgetary proposals of various departments for the next financial year.
Hyderabad: Finance Minister Eatala Rajender is getting down to budget preparatory exercise with a host of crucial meetings with Cabinet colleagues lined up this entire week. He will be seeking budgetary proposals of various departments for the next financial year.
On Tuesday, he will sit with Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy and Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy in the morning session and in post-lunch session he will be reviewing needs and requirements of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development besides Information Technology with minister K Tarakarama Rao on Tuesday.
Likewise, he will be chairing meetings with ministers for Home, Education, Excise, Commercial Taxes, Forest, Transport, Irrigation, Housing, Law and Endowments, Roads and Buildings, Industries and Handlooms and Textiles till February 14. On February 16, Eatala Rajender will hold discussions with Heads of Departments that are held by Chief Minister like Scheduled Castes Development, Minority Welfare, MA&UD and I & PR among others.
