Bifurcation of High Court for Telangana, AP: T-Advocates JAC Resolution. Telangana Advocates Joint Action Committee organized all party meeting to demanding bifurcation of High Court for Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh at TGO Bhavan, Nampally.
Telangana Advocates Joint Action Committee organized all party meeting to demanding bifurcation of High Court for Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh at TGO Bhavan, Nampally. The following leaders participated in the meeting are Mr.S.Mallareddy, Secretary, CPM; Mr.Syed Aziz Pasha, Former MP from CPI; Mr.NVSS Prabhakar, MLA from BJP; Mr.A.Narsareddy MLC from TDP; Mr.Madhu Yashki, Former MP from Congress; Mr.K.Prabhakar MLC from TRS; Mr.K.Govardhan CPI (ML New Democracy); TNGO Secretary Mr.Ravinder Reddy; Gazetted Officer Secretary Mr.Saleemuddin and Political JAC Chairman Mr.Kondanda Ram under the President ship of Mr.M.Rajender Reddy, Chairman T-Advocates JAC . Participated by all the Presidents of Twin Cities Bar Association and other Advocates, passed following resolutions to submit a joint memorandum to following authorities.

1) All party delegation with Advocate JAC submits a Memorandum to the Honorable Governor of Telangana & A.P. to take immediate steps for constitution of separate High Courts for Telangana & A.P. States. Further demanded to take steps to stop the all the recruitments in Subordinate Judiciary till the bifurcation of High Courts.
2) Resolve to submit a memorandum to Honorable Chief Minister of A.P. for his co-operation for constitution of separate High Court for A.P. Delegation also request Telangana Chief Minister to support the same.
3) Further resolved to submit a memorandum to Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court and Chief Justice of India to start the process for constitution of separate High Court for A.P. and further request till that time all the recruitments of Sub-ordinary Judiciary shall be stopped.
4) It is further resolved to meet the Honorable President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherjee and Honorable Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi to submit a memorandum to take immediate steps to constitution of separate High Court for A.P. Keeping in view of all Advocates in Telangana are in agitation by way of abstaining from Court duties from last 10 days.
