Hyderabad: In view of the ensuing Metro Rail piers foundation and construction activities on Road No 5, Jubilee Hills, City Police Commissioner M Mahendar Reddy has notified traffic restrictions and diversions in order to regulate free flow of traffic and to prevent inconvenience to the general public. The city police chief has stated that Jubilee Hills Road No. 5 will remain closed from Krishna Nagar to Venkatagiri diversion for two months from February 15.

No vehicular traffic will be allowed on the road stretch during the period. However, vehicular traffic coming from Krishna Nagar and Srinagar Colony intended to proceed through Road No 5 towards Jubilee Hills Checkpost will be diverted through Annapurna Studio Road, Junior Artistes Association office, Dr GBK Rao’s residence and Venkatagiri T Junction to avoid inconvenience.
