DSC answer sheets reduced to ashes

Adilabad: Records and Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer scripts of previous District Selection Committee (DSC) examination stored in the record room of a government high school were burnt due to short-circuit here on Tuesday. Staff of the school said that answer sheets of DSC exam were kept in the record room two years ago. A fire officer said the record room was not opened since then and rodents might have chewed electrical wires. He pointed out that short-circuit might have occurred as electrical wires were left unattended.
