All along, we have seen the free for all inside the Assembly premises in Andhra Pradesh. Now we can witness similar element of confusion and anarchy even outside as both the states plan to conduct the Budget Session at the same time.

It is set to be all for all as both the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Assemblies meet for the budget session in the present bifurcated premises at the public Gardens from March 7.

Now, each gate of the Assembly (four gates in all) police of both Telangana and AP will stand guard to let MLAs, Ministers and other staff and journalists to enter and exit on all the 25 days of the session.

At a meeting of the speakers of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, the Telangana speaker Madhusudhanachari rejected the proposal of AP speaker to let Gate-1 for Telangana and Gate-2 for AP. "All will use all gates and police of both states will stand guard and we will review the situation after 3 days," Telangana speaker said.

After bifurcation, the AP is allowed to use the old assembly building built during the Nizams and while the new assembly complex inaugurated by Rajiv Gandhi is being used by the Telangana government. Similarly, the Durbar Hall complex is used by both the states for conducting the proceedings of the legislative council.
