Educated women play key role in nation building

Zaheerabad (Medak): NSS unit of Acharya Degree College organised a programme at its campus here on Saturday, on the eve of the International Women’s Day. College Principal Dr Chintala Hari Kumar inaugurated the programme. Addressing the students, he observed that every woman should pursue higher studies, as educated women play a key role in nation building. Hindi lecturer Laxmi advised women to educate themselves and make their family members literate. She said country would progress when women were educated and achieved financial independence.
