Man eats leaves, flowers to survive

Bellampally (Adilabad): Srinivas of Gurijala village in Bellampally mandal has been surviving by eating only leaves of plants for the past several years. He is even eating flowers of swallowwort plant knowing well that it causes harm to his health. A villager Mallesh said that Srinivas did not face any health problems so far. Srinivas said that he used to eat leaves from childhood onwards as he did not like food. He pointed out that he did not suffer from ill-health till now because of eating leaves and flowers.
