Eatala counters Oppn criticism on budget

Replying to the discussion on budget here on Tuesday, Rajender said it was not possible to implement all promises quickly. The new states of Chattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand were still facing problems and it was not possible to the government to solve all problems in the State in just 10 months.
