Medak Man beaten to death over black magic deaths

Fifty-year-old Ramaswamy was allegedly beaten to death by the villagers at Muppireddypally in Toopran Mandal of Medak District in the wee hours of Thursday for allegedly performing pujas at a temple at late night hours.

He was killed on suspicion of evil occultist worshipping after 3 persons died in the village and Ramaswamy's black magic (late night poojas).

On Wednesday night, some locals dragged Ramaswamy out of his house and beat him to death. Police sent the body to government hospital for post-mortem and said the accused were absconding and search was on for them.
